I believe effective consulting begins with understanding people, culture, and context.

Through Erica Adams Consulting, I’m intentionally building relationships and expanding my understanding of organizations across cultures. I learn first, listen deeply, and develop practical, people-centered solutions that strengthen both people and processes.

Where the Journey Begins

Every global journey begins some where.

Mine begins in Detroit, Michigan — with relationships extending to São Paulo, Brazil, and a long-term vision that continues to grow.

Today, Erica Adams Consulting is intentionally learning from Brazilian professionals and organizations through relationship-building, cultural understanding, and meaningful conversations.

Before offering solutions, I believe in understanding the people, culture, and context that shape them.
